NOYB starts class action lawsuit against Meta

NOYB has started a class action lawsuit in 11 countries against Meta and its new AI data policy.
I have opted out but I don’t believe that Meta would respect that. Whilst I believe that this action WON’T stop Meta and will be the first of many, I can see Meta being forced to change its policies and perhaps start charging for accounts which will give it a lot more scope for making money especially in the EU!
