Meta has seemingly lost the plot (again!) on Instagram by rolling out Sharing and Reuse of your images by others, by AI and it is enabled by default. I can honestly say I am astounded as this feature is illegal in many countries including the UK and EU and will result in another legal battle. Turn it off in Settings>Sharing and Reuse.
I cannot stress and emphasise enough that recent developments at Meta regarding their honestly shocking disregard for privacy and security means I have to say you should really think about leaving and taking your stuff elsewhere. Instead of Instagram I’d recommend Foto, with apps AND a browser version now available it is free, no ads, chronological feed and much more….
