Tech firms will be given 48hrs to remove abusive images or risk huge fines under a proposed law change. I can see this being a huge deal for say Facebook with it being especially poor at this kind of thing. The already declining usage of social media in the UK will surely plummet as old fashioned users will just basically stop using platforms when this becomes law (as it surely will)
